When you register on ApexGovtPrep PRO (apexgovtprep.com), we collect basic profile details: your name, email address, optional contact number, and your target examination preference (e.g., SSC CGL, RRB NTPC, IBPS PO).

When you make a purchase, payment transactions are handled directly by Razorpay Payment Gateway. We never view, process, or store your credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords.

2. Purpose and Usage of Data

We utilize the collected information strictly for:

• Authenticating your account via secure HttpOnly session tokens.
• Unlocking and associating purchased premium content packs with your registered account.
• Tracking your personal mock test scores, test analytics, study planner progress, and formula bookmarks.
• Providing customer support and resolving transaction discrepancies within 2 business days.

3. Cookies & Security Standards

We use industry-standard HTTPS encryption (TLS 1.3) and secure HttpOnly SameSite cookies to protect your credentials. Authentication passwords are one-way hashed using bcrypt (cost factor 12) before database insertion. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third-party marketing companies.
